I am one of the local agents that they survey for the month Housing Report.

For the Portland Market, 100% of agents said that prices didn't increase. 62% said that the prices decreased and 75% said that traffic levels decreased. Only 11% of agents said that it took the same amount of time to sell a house, 89% said it took longer.
