According to recent consensus reports, Portland grew by 210,000. 70,000 of that is from immigration. Portland grew by 10.9% and Salem by 10.8%. The Oregonian is reporting that "Oregon's economy will continue to grow at a slow to moderate rate, according to an index prepared by the University of Oregon economists."
