The largest price drop I have seen

I have seen fewer large drops in prices the last week, so this stood out. This home, not my listing, dropped $30,000 after 35 days on the market. This is part of the squeeze I talked about earlier. Some sellers are going to realize that they need to sell before we get deep into the holidays. This is one of those. Either that or the agent convinced the seller he was too high.

Now I haven't seen the house and know nothing about it.
